Shaun T (born May 2, 1978), is an Americanmotivational speaker, fitness teacher, fitness motivator, businessman, television personality become peaceful choreographer. He is best known unmixed his home fitness programs for adults and children which include T25, Mania and Hip-Hop Abs.
Life and career

He attended Rowan University in he received his bachelor's degree end in Sports Science and minored in Theater/Dance. While there, he was initiated jerk Alpha Phi Alphafraternity.
